Give some CONSIDERATION naman sa mga postpaid subscribers.

1.) Sa pagkakaalam ko postpaid subscribers ka, mostly lock-up ka with 24 months. Meaning to say, 24 months nagbabayad ang subscriber at sure na may kita ang globe every month.

While ang prepaid naman, kung kelan lang gusto mag load ng subscriber doon lang kikita ang globe.

2.) Bakit laging may advantage ang mga prepaid subscriber pagdating sa mga promos.
Example: IMMOTALTXT (prepaid only)

Kung meron mang promo for postpaids, most of it eh, top the bill pa. SANA man lang it is a part on consumable plan (G-FLEX Plan). Just like Sun Cellular, part ng consumable nila ang 24/7 CTU. Sana ganun din ang globe.
Example: SuperSurf, UnliTxt, SuperUnli, SuperDUO, Sulitext, etc.

3.) Kapag postpaid ka, every month you always pay the plan.
Example: Plan 800 you pay 800 pesos.
Sana man lang, ma-carry over ang un-used call, text, internet to the next month.

Example: G-MIX Plan800
Free call: 100 mins
Free text: 350 SMS

1st month consumed:
80 mins and 200 SMS

2nd month will become:
120 mins
(2nd month's 100 mins call allocation + 20 mins from the 1st month call allocation)
and 500 SMS
(2nd month's 350 SMS aloocation + 150 SMS from the 1st month sms aloocation).

Kung sa prepaid nga diba nag-e-extend ang validity ng load. Sana lang talaga do it also sa postapid.

3.) Balance inquiry always delay. kindly up to date at least every hour para naman accurate ang pag-balance inquiry. Sana rin ibahin ang format ng balance inquiry (postpaid).

4.) Palitan nyo na din ang iphone plan. why iphone plan 2000 for G-FLEX Plan 800 and SuperSurf.
iphone plan 1600 for G-FLEX Plan 800 and 100 hours internet (kasi po nag-baba na ang rates ng internet).
In this iphone plan for sure madami ang mag subscribe.

5.) What is the difference if TM to Globe? Bakit laging mas mura ang promo offer ng TM? Kung kaya pala nila itong gawin sa TM, meaning kaya din nila gawin sa Globe. Sana man lang pareho lang ang mga promo offer.

parang mahirap po implement pero, globe users will benifit much from this.
and ma-encouraged pa po ang iba ng mag switch to globe.
wala pa po kasi ako nabalitaan na may nag offer ng unlimited call for other networks.
lagi nalang po same subscriber ang pwede mag tawagan ng unlimited.

I am loyal Globe subscriber since GSM was launch in the country. My first mobile was Globe Pre-paid a 32k sim without SIM Menu and my current mobile is Globe GFLEX 800 for almost 4 years. My first mobile broadband internet connection is Globe Prepaid Visibility (now Broadband Tattoo) w/c cost 4500 before.
Since Globe Launch Unlimited Services like their competitors (SMART and SUN) i may suggest that Globe will have a prefix number for unlimited calls like Super Unli 238. Because its really hard to make a call even your not subscribe in Unlimited Call Service (Super Duo). When i make a call the line keep on saying that "Network Busy" i need to dial several times to be able to make a call. So it will be fair if Globe Super Duo must have a PREFIX number "238" for unlimited calls to prevent Bugs and Network traffic.
and for a BETTER GLOBE in the Future i will suggest The Following Service.

Just like the former globe services GENTXT. subscribers are entitled for one time registration via text. once registered each subscriber should earn KaGlobe points for every succesful registration to unlimited services,downloads and succesfull transactions such as local text,calls (not subscribe to unlimited offers) international calls and texts, Regular Internet Browsing, Reloading. POINTS WILL use for FREE LOAD, TEXTS, CALLS or Internet Hours(Prepaid) Bill Rebates, FREE Calls, Texts, Internet hours.

This will be the BETTER GLOBE if you guys work about it.

I hope Globe will just scrap out the per KB usage but instead let the user purchase an allocated non-expiring bandwidth. (example: P50/gigabyte or P30/100MB it depends on you as long as the price is acceptable)

I know that for heavy users this is somewhat an expensive option because small bandwidth won't be enough for them or me. But I'm suggesting this for Mobile Phone Internet usage. For me, it is quite expensive if we use time-based charging or KB while using our phone internet applications like email, Opera Mini, Google Maps, TrackID or whatever features our phones have that needs internet. So for most people these applications tends to be useless because of price concerns.

One example why time-based is expensive for mobile browsing is that when we use Opera Mini, it only consumes small bandwidth, and while on mobile, we the users browse slower than in desktop. Or if we just need to check if we have a new email then we need to pay P5 for that even though we have just consume less than a minute checking our mail. And if you choose KB charging it is better to have a time-based because KB is too expensive unless KB charge will be change to P0.001 or 1/MB.

Unlimited internet is great but that is a different story. I also have a Globe broadband tattoo modem, and unlimited internet is the option for that. But I also want to use my mobile phone for internet browsing specially when I'm on the go, and time-base or KB charging is not worth the price for that. If I have a GB/MBs allocation then I won't worry that much on my internet usage on my phone

I hope you understand me and my plight. With this, we may now use every single feature/application our mobile phone has to offer. And specialy for those who are using iPhone and Blackberry.

Since Globe Tattoo's data card/modem is a USB type, its also good to have a PCMCIA type of data card/modem.

As I remember, before Globe Tattoo and Globe Visibility is released, Globe Telecom released its first-ever mobile broadband brand in the country, the Globe Mobile Broadband 3G with HSDPA. It is the first-ever mobile broadband brand and also the first to offer 3G technology/signal in the Philippines. They offer the PCMCIA type of data card/modem which is the Huawei E620. It is very expensive at that time. When the Globe Visibility and Globe Tattoo came, they offer USB type of data card/modem and they remove the distribution of PCMCIA type of data card/modem. Today, some people/businessmen are still using their old laptops that have a PCMCIA slot.

The advantage of having PCMCIA data card/modem on your laptop is that you are not using your USB ports so that you can use all of the USB ports on your laptop on other uses like Flash Drive, camcorder, mouse, keyboard, still camera, and many more.

It is an additional source of income from Globe to offer this PCMCIA type of data card/modem.
